This is a quick way to add punch and elegance to fish, chicken and pork.
  • ½ cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Place liquids in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower to a simmer and continue to cook for about 15-18 minutes until liquids have turned golden amber and have reduced by half.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Your result should be clear, thick and delicious!
