It is no secret that I have a yin for Chinese food. As this Lunar New Year has snuck up on me I offer you a homemade meal you can enjoy anytime.

    I went to my first wonton folding class the other night and am now all fired up by the idea of making my own potstickers (and who can resist the flavour of shiitakes anyway?? Love this selection of recipes!
